I saved a ton on Heating & Air Conditioning cost by finding the leaks in our home

She suggested I use a temperature gun to find the leaks where cold air is getting in & Heating & Air Conditioning treated air is leaking out

Winter is, by far, the least number one of the seasons for me. It is simply a fact that I accept & then do our best to manage. However, given the opportunity, I would transfer far from the Winter weather & never deal with it again. But, that’s just so not the case. Most of our family is in the area. My partner is recognizably close to her clan so, the chances of moving south are about zilch. So, when I think that first cold wind blow in the fall, I call the Heating & Air Conditioning to come out & service the Heating & Air Conditioning oil furnace. This last time, I was talking with the Heating & Air Conditioning tech about how I felt the oil furnace was overwhelmed a bit. During the coldest parts of the winter, the home just never seems to get cozy warm. The Heating & Air Conditioning tech heard myself and others out before she suggested the problem wasn’t the oil furnace at all. She said our oil furnace was in wonderful shape & absolutely had another 15 years of optimum performance in it. Our heating & cooling professional suggested that it was the home that was not cooperating. Our home is an older 1 & the tech thought that I might beginning by tightening it up to keep the Heating & Air Conditioning treated air inside. She suggested I use a temperature gun to find the leaks where cold air is getting in & Heating & Air Conditioning treated air is leaking out. I did just this & was amazed by the results. Not only is the home much warmer, I have saved nearly 25 percent thus far on the biweekly utility bills.
