It did not even really take myself and others all that long, and I ended up feeling pretty smart about the whole thing… Well, I suppose I should say that I felt pretty smart about it until I found out that I had voided the warranty by doing the heating repair myself! Apparently, you aren’t allowed to do any sort of repairs at all on my particular heating plan unless you are a certified Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman, which I am not
I substituted a burned out switch on our gas heating plan myself. I mean, I had the switch left over from a business task that I had done a few weeks ago and I decided that I would save myself the trouble of calling to make an appointment with the Heating and Air Conditioning business. I mean, I am pretty handy around the home most of the time and so I thought I would just save myself some time and money by doing the heating plan repair myself. I mean, I always find it pretty annoying whenever I have to wait around for a repairman to come to my house, whether it’s an Heating and Air Conditioning serviceman, a plumber, or an electrician. I believe that my time is super extravagant, and so I don’t want to have to waste it resting around waiting on other people to come and do something that I could particularly well be doing myself, then anyway, I substituted the burned out switch myself with no problem at all.
