My best buddy is, in multiple ways, the exact opposite of me. I am the quiet, stay at condo type, while Opal is a thrill seeker. She has travelled to so multiple locales around the world, that even she has lost count. I have lived in the same cabin for close to several years, while Opal keeps increasing residences more frequently than anybody else I know. One thing all of us do have in regular is our appreciation of wonderful quality indoor air. So when I went with her in search of new residing quarters, all of us both knew that a reliable Heating plus A/C system was a priority.
The first condo all of us checked out was perfect in that respect. It was a studio condo with appealingly tiled radiant floors. Both of us both appreciate radiant heating however alas, the space was woefully unsatisfactory. Our next stop was at a multiple storey condo building. Both of us asked the manager about his Heating plus A/C idea plus he told us it worked great. The size was perfect, the A/C quality was great, plus so was the price. Both of us thought this would be perfect till all of us realized that a major highway was only a few feet away from the building. The noise of engines buzzing was non-stop. If there is 1 thing Opal loves as much as wonderful A/C air quality, it is undisturbed sleep.
Finally, our buddy settled on an condo which was the perfect size plus had a wonderful now working Heating plus A/C plan. The price was a little more that she had bargained for but she figured she could handle it! Knowing Opal, she will be out of that locale long before long, so…
