I have been really wanting to get a hot water boiler for my home.
- Yes they are possibly the oldest form of heating and come call them way outdated.
However by having a hot water boiler you can actually end up saving good money. Between the less energy use as well as the fact that a hot water boiler does not need too much heating and air conditioning company maintenance. All of this will save you money! Also I like the fact that a hot water boiler gives you your heating through mostly hot water, kind of like what radiant heated floors do but much more cheaper and a more possible investment for an average joe like myself. I will get rid of my central heating all together and just have a central air conditioning system for my cooling in the hot summer time months of the year. Then I will have the hot water boiler for my heater in the cold winter time months of the year. It all would work out so great. This is why I want a hot water boiler for my home! It can be installed in the basement with no issues as I have nothing down there. My current central heating and air conditioning system is on the side of my house. And I will just have that replaced with a basic central a/c only HVAC unit. This is once I get the hot water boiler of course. I will be looking into getting the hot water boiler later this year once I am ready to make that investment into it.
