My friend Brian is a genius, then my partner plus I have been slowly updating our home, when the people I was with and I moved in it was a real piece of junk.

You need to tear out floors in order to have heated flooring installed. We already have the stone plus stone cutter to put over top of the floors too. We can do the oil furnace upgrade all our own plus save some money. My neighbor said that stone is the best type of flooring for heated floor too. The heat gets trapped under carpet. The stone absorbs it the best plus is the most efficient. The icing on the cake is that Brian told myself and others that the people I was with and I have a boiler in our basement. You just need to hook piping to the boiler, instal it under the flooring plus then put the current stone over top. The boiler heats water that flows through the piping to create hydronic heating. Every corner plus area of the floor is evenly heated. No air is blown to ruin the air quality plus no noise to petrify a home. It is very efficient since no heat rises too. My partner plus I care about our hydronic heating.
