I was hoping for a bit of help

Working as an Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C professional, I’ve come across some entirely  improper situations. I’ve gotten called for a repair because a pet hamster somehow got into the HVAC duct.  I’ve faced bees in the HVAC duct, a/cs struck by lightning, cooling coils covered in mold and furnaces submerged in flood waters.  I’ve been hired to install heating component that is far too big to fit into the upgrade space. I was recently asked to repair a furnace after a odd Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C contractor failed to do the task properly.  The homeowners had hired a competitor of mine, who overcharged them for entirely shoddy workmanship. After the repair, the furnace ran for less than a month before cutting down again. When the homeowners were unable to get the professional to either come back or return their currency, they called me.  I spent multiple hours in their basement, taking the oil furnace apart, cleaning the multiple components and replacing defective parts. Unfortunately, the entire time I tested the furnace, I could hear the guy and his partner arguing upstairs. The HVAC duct carried their voices to the basement. I could hear every word they said.  While I was reluctant to eavesdrop on their fight, there was no way to avoid it. The couple was entirely uneasy about the amount of currency they’d spent on furnace repair, and each blamed the other a single for hiring the original Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C contractor. The whole situation was severely awkward, and I couldn’t wait to finish up and get out of there.  However, I felt so awful for them that I reduced our rate and gave them a entirely fine deal on the furnace repair.
