During the summer, I have a absolutely strenuous time sleeping, then it gets absolutely tepid in my apartment, despite the fact that the AC runs all afternoon plus all night.
I guess it’s because my house is on the top floor of our building.
My neighbor consistently complains about the heat too, plus both of us have been living next door to each other for six years! During the hottest days of the year, the AC component consistently struggles. My neighbor plus I have spoken with the house building manager on numerous occasions, however they insist that our AC is just fine. I guess that’s not the case, because it feels much different on the second floor, then it does on the first floor. My husbandy lives in the same house building, but he is on the first floor, he doesn’t even have to set the AC unquestionably cold, plus his house feels nicer than mine. I do not guess what both of us can do to help the AC work more efficiently, plus both of us have tried a couple of things. My neighbor plus I cleaned the air vents plus the air duct, plus both of us even change the air filter frequently. I guess it’s an issue that both of us cannot fix, plus that means the house building manager should be able to help. If I could hire an AC company to look at the problem, I would. Unfortunately, they won’t even come out to look at the system, because it is an house building. I believe it becomes a liability issue, since it’s technically a commercial property plus not residential.
