I had to have our furnace diagnosed last month, and man, that was an ordeal, however i was so excited to finally get our furnace diagnosed last month, however I did not expect to get stolen from! My hubby and I have lived in the same city for over thirty years, and all of us have gotten to guess almost most people here. It is a small city of about a thoUSnd people, and all of us actually know care about all of us have a family here, then because our city is so small and most people knows most people, the Heating and A/C supplier here is run by friends and family. My hubby and I have used the same supplier for years and years! The people I was with and I had always been pleased with them until this last time. The people I was with and I had 2 professionals over at our beach house Last year servicing our furnace, and one of them stole almost five hundred dollars worth of jewelry from our office downstairs. Neither of the Heating and A/C professionals would disclose to fault, so they were both fired. The supplier gave us cash for what was lost, and they were honestly apologetic. The people I was with and I did not sue them or anything care about that. My hubby knows the owner of the Heating and A/C corporation, and she knows that she is a nice woman who will do right to her clients. The people I was with and I are blissful that those 2 professionals were fired, and all of us hope nothing care about this will happen again. The people I was with and I actually care about that Heating and A/C corporation; they do great work, and they have always treated us well. Even this time when all of us were stolen from, they made sure to make things right and even provided free services the next time that all of us need them.
