Every summer, my Dad plus dad used to send myself and others these two week live-in camps. They were so much fun. We would sleep in tents, have cookouts at evening, plus the people I was with and I even l received a few things. It was funny how even though there wasn’t any a/c in those tents, no 1 ever complained about having a difficult time sleeping. I’m sure a lot of it had to do with being tired. We would swim plus hike plus be stressed nearly the entire afternoon. We didn’t have time to mind the heat, or to not be tired. When I got older, I went to a fishing camp. That camp was nothing but luxury. We slept in a cabin plus there was heating plus a/c. I’m not sure if the people I was with and I honestly needed the heating, but there were some evenings when it felt cool enough, since the people I was with and I were in the mountains. By the end of the afternoon, it was nice to come into the lake house plus have a/c. The cabin was stuffy plus cramped with four guys in there. Last year, I brought my kid with myself and others to the fishing camp. She thought it was better than the summer time camps the people I was with and I constantly sent him to. She enjoyed going fishing with the guys, plus she enjoyed the a/c. She said it was the best camping experience she had ever had. I don’t know if she enjoyed being with her ancient man, enjoyed fishing, or enjoyed having a/c while camping. All I know is she wants to go to the fishing camp with us next year.
