Every summer, our mom plus dad used to send myself and others these several week live-in camps.
They were so much fun.
The people I was with and I would sleep in tents, have cookouts at evening, plus we even l acquired a few things. It was funny how even though there wasn’t any air conditioning in those tents, no 1 ever complained about having a hard time sleeping. I’m sure a lot of it had to do with being tired. The people I was with and I would swim plus hike plus be busy nearly the entire day. The people I was with and I didn’t have time to mind the heat, or to not be tired. When I got older, I went to a fishing camp. That camp was nothing but luxury. The people I was with and I slept in a cottage plus there was heating as well as air conditioning. I’m not sure if we absolutely needed the heating, but there were some evenings when it felt cool enough, since we were in the mountains. By the end of the day, it was nice to come into the apartment plus have air conditioning. The cottage was stuffy plus cramped with several men in there. Last year, I brought our kid with myself and others to the fishing camp. He thought it was better than the summer time camps we constantly sent him to. He appreciated going fishing with the guys, plus he appreciated the air conditioning. He said it was the best camping experience he had ever had. I don’t think if he appreciated being with his seasoned man, appreciated fishing, or appreciated having air conditioning while camping. All I think is he wants to go to the fishing camp with us next year.
