Several months ago, I entered this raffle at a Summer festival that I was attending! I hardly ever buy tickets for anything like contests or rafles because I never manage to win anything at all.
I don’t think I’ve ever won a single thing in my entire life, and that’s sad! I decided to give it one last try earlier this Summer when I went to this Summer festival thing.
There weren’t many people there and I was walking around looking at everything. I saw this tent that was set up under some trees and it was a local Heating and A/C supplier. They were just trying to drum up some business and get their name out in the community. They had a little raffle that you could enter to win a new central a/c plan and I thought I might as well go ahead and do it since there weren’t many people there that day. I suppose the fact that I was one of the only people who entered really helped with my chances, because I won the Heating and A/C supplier’s raffle! When they called to tell me that I had won a brand new central a/c plan for my house, I nearly passed out. I couldn’t believe the fact that I had really won something, not to mention the fact that it was something that I needed. I have been meaning to replace my central a/c for years, even though I just never really got around to doing it. Now, I’m going to get a new A/C unit installed in the home completely for free!
