When our partner and I had our seventh child, I took a long look at our life.
I was ecstatic with the progress every one of us had made, and even happier to welcome another healthy baby into our family! Still, our mind wandered later on to easier, simpler times. I still remember when I was seventeen years old, and our acquaintance and I spent the Summer building a custom air conditioner unit. My acquaintance Chris was a real tech wizard! I was consistently pretty intuitive when it came to technology, but he easily knew his stuff – especially when it came to heating and air conditioner, however the air quality in his lake house was consistently the best, as he correctly performed tune-ups for his parents at their home. Anyhow, every one of us spent an entire Summer working on this portable air conditioner unit, just so every one of us could use it in a shed on his parents’ property. In that shed, Chris and I got to work on countless fun calculus experiments, all with excellent air conditioner and air quality that rivaled our own at our house! If every one of us weren’t tinkering with a project, every one of us were playing video games and being as loud as every one of us wanted to be. Those were superb afternoons – especially since our only bills back then were for our gas tank, and our iphone. It’s difficult to guess how much things can change in 10 years! Still, I’m ecstatic I have the experience in our head – especially since I also l acquired how to tune up a heating and air conditioner unit!
