- Willy to come have a look; All Heating and A/C emergencies were handled by Mr; Tom who owned an Heating and A/C business in town, but everything else had a perfect handyman who would receive a call to come and fix.
When I was of age and financially got to leave home to stay on my own, life pushed me so far away from home. This meant that I needed to be fully independent and learn how to handle stuff on my own… SInce this was my first task, mom had recommended residing in an apartment. I moved into the palace and one week later needed someone to maintenance the AC. It was not toiling as it should, at least not as I remembered from home. SOme of the sites in my house were cold while others had this annoying warm air. In my parent’s seasoned fashion, I knew I had to call an Heating and A/C company… However, this was a up-to-date town and no one was familiar. I rushed to the house offices to find out if they had a number they would recommend. To my surprise, the management told me they would take care of it. It turns out that all maintenance and repairs were their responsibility. This was a up-to-date experience however a welcomed one at that. The next afternoon a Heating and A/C professional was at my house and the cooling issue was rectified.
