We just had new neighbors move into our gated community.
They seemed like such a sweet family so we waited until they were settled then we had pastries and our signature meal then went over to their house for a formal invitation.
They invited us in and we got to talking and getting to know each other. They had moved from another state because the husband had been transferred for his work. As we were clearing the table the wife and I continued our chat in the kitchen where I noticed it was a bit cooler than the living room. She told me that the unit had started malfunctioning, she thought that the heat pump instal had been done years ago and that the cooling product was old and so it was not functioning at full capacity. I promised to have a look at the unit the following day as I worked as an a/c representative. The unit was old so we decided to purchase a central air conditioning unit. Setting up the ductwork, we used a washable filter for the air ducts and recommended to my neighbor that the a/c repairman complete the duct cleaning every three months. My neighbor inquired about air purification help and knowing more about air conditioning, I suggested we install an air purification system and change the thermostat to a programmable one. They were aware of the importance of having a regularly scheduled HVAC tune up for their unit. They were so happy about the job my team and I did and they hired our company as their technicians. We haven’t had any complaints from them about their unit thus far.
