It was the fault of a terrible website design

For a while I was using PPC in order to get our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C website to the top of google SERPs.

It seemed to be working. A lot of people were clicking on the link. I had to pay every time a guy clicked, so I knew all the hits I was getting every month. The oddest thing of all was that I was getting a ton of action, but our PCs for Heating, Ventilation, and A/C services were not. So there was an abundance of interest and no follow through. It drove myself and others absurd trying to figure out the root of the problem. I finally hired an SEO dealer to see if maybe I messed something up. Turns out the prime reason people were leaving our site right away is because our website was awful. A SEO team member showed myself and others the difference of our website vs a single one of theirs. The comparison was not even close. I built the website myself. I had no clue at all what I was doing. I barely graduated high school and I had to google how to make my own website. Not only that, I realized I forgot to put key information about our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C dealership in the pleased. I did not put in that our professionals are NATE certified. I did not label the SEER ratings for our unusual products. I need not say that our workers used factory authorized tools in order to task on Carrier products. Those few things can really make a huge difference. The SEO worker fixed up the website and made it much cleaner. He also tweaked our site content to sound more professional. I no longer have to use PPC anymore because our website is pretty good.
