I always knew there was some basic things that I can keep track of when it comes to Heating, Ventilation plus A/C repair… I assume about decreasing air filters correctly. I’m absolutely nice at that. I have a sticky note on the fridge to remind me to change it every 30 days. I can swear that my air is cleaner plus easier to breathe as a result! I also keep track of my outdoor air condenser unit, however every now plus then it needs a nice hosing down plus an inspection to make sure that the interior is not clogged up with dirt plus debris, however that’s something I can actually do on my own. I’m glad I have been taking notice, because there have indeed been times when there was gunk all up in there that needed a nice cleaning. I can’t imagine how much worse off I would be if I did not change out the air filters correctly nor did I disinfect out the air condenser. I knew I wouldn’t be able to complain about troubles plus costs, that’s for sure! However, there is something else I didn’t particularly assume about at first! Clogged drains can be a big problem. They can cause all sorts of troubles with your Heating, Ventilation plus A/C unit. It also turns out that clogged drains can be just as familiar as dirty air filters. Running some water plus bleach into the drain line should be able to kill the mold plus mildew that builds up plus causes blockage in the first arena! However, if the drains are already clogged, just use a wet vac attached to the drain outside to clear it out!
