I look forward to the Christmas celebration that my best ladies throw each year.

Last Christmas, it was at Janet’s house. I simply can’t explain how incredibly hot it was inside of her home. The second I entered her house, I felt like I was walking into a heating system. Janet’s furnace must have been turned up as high as possible, because I never even heard it shut off once. There were games and food to help celebrate, however I found it difficult to participate because I was too overheated. The jacket I was wearing wasn’t helpful either because I couldn’t shed the layer, because all I had on underneath it was my bra. I really wasn’t the only person who was entirely hot either. A few of my other friends had strip down to their t-shirts and just about everyone was splashing their faces with water or fanning themselves. People were talking about hot it was inside, however Janet either did not hear it or did not care because she never turn her furnace off. I did take a look around her house myself and tried to find the temperature control to turn the temperature down. However, it must have been in her master bedroom or something because I never did find it. I didn’t want to snoop around too much. I ended up leaving the Christmas celebration earlier than normal along with some others, because of the heat! Once I stepped outside, I was cheerful for the chilly, snowy conditions because they cooled myself and others down unquestionably nicely. I hope Janet’s house isn’t in the rotation for the next few years again.
