It’s a fantastic location for the two of us to see the sun go directly down through the hills as well as Gardens. The two of us purchased the house absolutely loving that particular room. Unfortunately, none of us realized that it would be extremely difficult to get cool air in the room. With large floor-to-ceiling windows that face South, the sun easily shines in an absolutely bright pattern throughout all day. The heat transport from Sun in addition to the windows certainly makes the warm are some of the worst in the afternoon. Summertime temperatures absolutely are getting warmer in addition to warmer. The two of us contacted the local heating and air conditioning supplier. They suggested that we cover up the windows as well as add a mini split air conditioner. The view is now blocked with the windows covered, but at least we have some cool air from the mini split air conditioner. The two of us would not have certainly believe that this cool air would work, but it seems that the ductless air conditioner was a good idea. I suppose that the two of us could also try placing a window air conditioner in the other side of the house as well. Between both of the cool breezes moving together, the two of us should find a lot of cool air in the house.
