If you have ever owned a cat, then you think that they are extremely odd creatures! There really is an immense difference between owning an animal and owning a pet full time, versus any other pet, cats are naturally so independent and inquisitive that you might forget they are even around until they are causing immense damage to your home.
- They will only be seen when they want to, and they will get into any area that they set their minds to.
That’s why I really shouldn’t have been surprised when our animal became obsessed with our room and I had to continually block this little guy from entering the space… If I didn’t, I risked losing our animal in the Heating plus Air Conditioning HVAC duct, however you see, a few weeks ago I started to see that my indoor air temperature was not reasonable in our room; No matter how the rest of the apartment was feeling, it truthfully was unevenly tepid and cold throughout our family room. In the Winter this has not been bothering me so much, because I love being cold! However, now that I was relying on our air conditioner unit, I was very sad with the lack of airflow in our family room. I eventually realized that our air vents were stuffed up, covered in grime, and rusted most of the way closed. No wonder I wasn’t getting any air in my room, the air vents were utterly disgusting. I ripped all the air vents out of the walls and fresh air began streaming through the gaping holes that led to the HVAC duct, however one problem was solved. However, it created a totally different issue. Now our animal is way too curious about where these immense opportunities in the walls lead to! She stares into the HVAC duct all afternoon and tries to make it his closed off playground when I’m not looking, but with 1 issue solved, the last thing I need is to lose our animal and fill in our HVAC ducts with hair.
