My lease is coming up in two months, so I have been on the lookout for a new apartment.
I don’t have enough money saved up to buy a new house, so I think that I am going to keep renting for a while so can save up some money so I can buy a house in the next few years. I have toured about six apartments and I still haven’t found one that I like yet. I guess that I am being pretty picky, but I just want to make sure that I have everything I want in my new place. One thing that I really want is a brand new heating and cooling system. In my last apartment the heating and cooling system didn’t work very well and you could barely feel the air conditioner coming out of the vents. I told myself that the next place I lived would have a great heating and cooling system. I really wanted to make sure that I would be comfortable in my new place. The thermostat for my current HVAC system doesn’t read the right temperature so it is hard to control. I hate when I am too cold in my house and I am always having to wear a jacket because I can’t figure out my heating and cooling system. You would think after all this time I would have figured it out, but that is not the case and I just sit in my apartment freezing to death.
