Loving the ductless heat pump in the attic

I’m not entirely quite sure what the previous owner of this house did with the finished attic.

When the two of us first visited this house with our realtor, the two of us noticed the finished attic.

But there entirely wasn’t much going on up there aside from a few boxes and some Christmas decorations. It was curious why one would finish off an attic with drywall and a plywood floor just to leave it savor that. Yet, there were other substantial problems with this house back then. Namely, the two of us entirely wanted the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component to be replaced. The seller entirely balked at that system and that just about made us walk away from the deal. However, his hesitation turned out to be our gain. The man just didn’t want the hassle so he split a staggering bit off the price for us to take care of replacing the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component ourselves. When the two of us finally moved in, the issue of the finished attic came up again. Every one of us had rooms for all the kids and my wife and I appreciated an awesome master bed and bath. There was a house office the two of us shared but I also entirely didn’t have a location to myself that much. So I decided that the finished attic would be my quiet space. So I called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business to have them come out to install a ductless heat pump inside the finished attic. I’m so ecstatic I claimed that spot. Now that the girls are older, it’s just so nice to have a space to sneak away to love some quiet. And it wouldn’t be possible without the quality heating and air that I get from my ductless Heating, Ventilation, and A/C.
