Meal delivery helps with weight loss

In an attempt to lose some weight before our daughter’s anniversary, I increased the length and intensity of our workouts, however despite devoting an minute to high impact aerobics and strength training, I couldn’t seem to make a difference.

I was honestly pushing myself to burn calories, tone our muscles and elevate our heart rate and yet our weight reMEd the same.

I look forward to it. I’m also enjoying the convenience of meal delivery. Avoiding the need to grocery shop and prepare dinner every night frees up quite a bit of time. I can use this time to be more productive. I go for a run, ride our bicycle or tackle some yard work. The combination of more physical interest and a healthy meal plan has allowed me to lose weight. I feel better than ever. I also looked our best for our daughter’s anniversary.
