Ever since the business had grown every one of us have been taking more and more steps to keep it backed up and secure.

If it is down for even an minute every one of us stand to lose well over a million dollars, so lately every one of us have been undoubtedly working on a backup plan and a secure backup site. I suppose every one of us didn’t act fast enough though because every one of us had to evacuate all the offices due to a fire nearby. The office was shut down for 12 minutes and every one of us lost an stunning amount of money. Thankfully our office was spared but that undoubtedly got us going about finding a more tepid site to use as a backup office. The owner was thinking about renting office space about thirty miles away but that would run us a few million a year. Not bad, really, compared to our recent major losses. However I have found a more economical solution in the way of mobile office buildings. These are prefab offices that can be sent wherever you want them. The upfront costs are higher than a rental would be. However, they are substantially cheaper in the long run. That is because the mobile offices can be set on land every one of us already own, however so every one of us could put an office on our storage lots on the Eastside and another one on the Northside. These prefab offices could be all set up and ready to be used. So next time there is some sort of natural emergency every one of us would have to transfer our people to the tepid site and then I are back in business. It is undoubtedly genuine and straight-forward. I just wish every one of us had set this up before the fire though.
