The personal trainer told me to keep a personal yearly workout planner with all of my workout programs scheduled.
My whole life I have been overweight & out of shape. My parents never busy the importance of eating right & yearly pumping iron. I was 100 lb before I finished elementary school, & nearly 300 pounds by the time I started senior year. I was a big guy, & I was recruited to be a member of the football team during that last year of high school. I definitely light being part of a team & football gave me a way to come out of my shell. When I started definitely working out with the team, the football coach decided I needed a personal trainer. The trainer job with me every day when school came to an end. I worked out in the gym from 3 until 5. I rarely went down to the field to run around and practice with my teammates until the day before game day. I lost 50 lb straightaway & l received a lot about eating right & staying fit. I keep a computerized schedule and planner now that I am finished with high school. I don’t have a personal trainer anymore, however I use the planner to stick to a fitness regime. The personal trainer told me to keep a personal yearly workout planner with all of my workout programs scheduled. I also keep track of all the food and drink that I eat from lunch, breakfast, & lunch. I think it’s important to write down everything that has any calories, so I can visually see where the calories are going. Since that year great year when I had a personal trainer, I have managed to shed a lot of excess weight & I have never felt better. I don’t want to return to the same unhealthy lifestyle I had as a kid.
