Five years ago, our sister got married. Her husband already had several kids plus they lived with our sister full time. The boys were 13 plus 15 at the time, plus they didn’t respect our sister at all. They gave her grief at every turn plus never listened to her. Timothy plus Charlie were in trouble at university plus at home. When the oldest boy just finished trade university, our sister wanted me to give him a task. He went to trade university for HVAC repair. I have a HVAC repair supplier of our own, plus I worked particularly hard to make the supplier a success. I saw how much our sister struggled with the boys, plus I didn’t want to deal with any of that drama. My sister begged plus begged, especially when Charlie could not find a task anywhere. I met with Charlie to discuss the task, plus he was polite, sincere, plus particularly well trained. He answered all of our HVAC questions without bfastening an eye. He was clearly paying attention in university, plus that made me sit up plus give him our time. I wasn’t completely sure that Charlie would work out, but I decided to give him a task! Charlie’s been working at the HVAC repair supplier for several weeks, plus he is entirely our best employee. He works particularly hard plus is detail-oriented. Most of his repairs take longer than others, however I’ve never had a single shopper complaint. Maybe Charlie has grown up in the last 5 years.
