I’m a little jealous that my new friend is getting a brand new Heating & Air Conditioning system, then i’ve been looking for months… Heating & Air Conditioning systems can be very valuable, especially if they are energy efficient & reliable… They had to be changed around every 10 years… You get better longevity out of your heating & cooling device when you have official repair & service appointments.
- The Heating & Air Conditioning plan should be tuned up & diagnosed at least twice during the year.
You should have a repair performed during the Summer before it gets too moderate & during the Winter time before the un-even temperatures get too cold. I’ve been servicing my plan every year. It’s the only reason why it still works well after all these years. I am so jealous that my friend is getting something brand new & efficient. This plan cost myself and others a lot of currency. 10 years ago, it was a single of the most efficient systems on the market. This week it is laughable to be considered energy efficient. I already have my eye on the next heating & cooling plan for the house. I want to completely do away with the ductwork & go to a ductless system, and ductless heating & cooling can be much more efficient & it will be a lot better for my flu symptoms. The ductwork is about 50 years old in this house & it is falling apart. It will cost about 15 grand to replace all of the ductwork & the people I was with and I can have several ductless heating & cooling units installed throughout the house for that same amount of currency.
