After high school, my best friend and I parted ways and all of us did not see each other for a few years. I went to the military and she went to school. The last time all of us talked, I could tell that she was down in the dumps. She got kicked out of school for cheating on a test and she was living in her mom’s basement. I was working for a heating contractor and all of us were looking for someone to help around the shop. I told my friend about the task, but only after she promised to stay clean and work hard. My boss told me that my friend could have the task as long as I promised she would work hard. I knew that meant my task was on the line too, and I hoped that my friend would work hard for the heating dealer. The first few weeks went by unquestionably quickly and I was glad to see my friend working unquestionably hard around the shop, however even my heating contractor boss was impressed with her work ethic… Unfortunately, after a large argument with her bestie, she missed work and spent all day at the bar drinking. My boss will not tolerate that behavior and I told my friend that she has to work harder. If he’s going to miss work after an argument, then she should truly find a odd task. I stuck my neck out on the line for this guy, so I hope she gets her life together and starts to make enjoyable choices. The heating contractor is a enjoyable task with benefits and getaway time. She needs to get her act together and get rid of the bestie.
