My Mom thinks that he wants to move down to the southern area of the country next year but I don’t know if he should. I keep talking to him about it & the main reason that he keeps giving me for moving is the fact that he is sick & sleepy of having to do heating repairs & repair work on his old electric gas furnace. This gas furnace is really ancient. It was there the entire time that I was growing up, & I’m pretty sure that it was in the house before that, too. Seeing as how I am now almost 45 years old, that equals out to a unquestionably old gas furnace. I keep telling our Mom that it’s really no wonder that the gas furnace is having complications. The real question is how has he managed to keep the same old electric gas furnace for this long without having to already update it? So whenever he talks about picking up & moving all because of the fact that he’s mad about his old gas furnace system, it makes me question the whole idea. I mean, all of his family is here & his bowling league is here & his AMVETS post is here. I just don’t suppose that he would like it down there in the south, first of all, I suppose that he would don’t like the sizzling weather after the first Summer that he has to live through it. Second of all, I suppose he will end up having complications with his A/C system & he will be in the same boat that he’s in now, except it will be with his cooling system instead of his gas furnace. I believe like he should just stick around here & provide up & get a modern gas furnace.
