My girlfriend plus I broke up a few weeks ago plus she moved out of the apartment. All of us were cutting all of the bills plus I could not afford to live in the beach house alone, however i decided to get a roommate to rent the other bedroom. I put an ad on Craigslist plus I also placed an advertisement in the university supervisory. I acquired a lot of interest, so I decided to raise the price, that got rid of a lot of people, plus I found a group of individuals that looked right for interviews. I finally found the perfect renter plus he moved in last weekend. All of us have a lot of things in common. All of us both savor to go hiking in the woods plus the people I was with and I both prefer painting plus sculpting. I thought the people I was with and I would have a lot of interesting things to talk about, and unfortunately, my new roommate spends most of his time in the bedroom. All of us rarely ever talk plus I only see him for supper, supper, plus supper. The worst area about my new roommate is all of the complaints… He has complained about everything in the beach house from the laundry room to the bedroom plus bathroom. The latest complaint is about the indoor temperatures. He wants to adjust the temperature control so it is colder in the apartment. He does not pay for any of the utility bill plus that is area of our rental agreement. I do not allow him to adjust the temperature control. It needs to stay on the same temperature at all times in order to save money, but my new roommate is going to need to adjust to the indoor temperatures plus stop complaining.
