Things got pretty wild when my family and I decided to get a couple of dogs for our home. I thought it would be just fine, but these dogs would easily ruin all kinds of things in the house! They would chew up my shoes, various wires to electrical appliances, and don’t get me started on the air quality! I didn’t actually think about how much the animal fur would affect the HVAC system. I find myself having to change the air filters twice per month just to keep up with all that animal fur! I even have to call for HVAC system maintenance way more often because of all the animal fur that gets into the inner workings of the HVAC system. Honestly, if I knew that I would be dealing with all this extra expense for HVAC services, I might have not chosen to get these dogs. Of course, we do love the little guys as they are a part of the family now. I will just have to keep up with my HVAC system maintenance to ensure good air quality in our home. I was even thinking about getting on one of those HVAC system maintenance plans. I heard that by enrolling on an HVAC system maintenance plan, you are able to save a tremendous amount of money. Perhaps that would balance things out and we wouldn’t be paying so much money just for regular HVAC system maintenance and air filters. I think another thing that would help the air quality, would be to get a nice air purifier.
