New employer plus a client complains of bad heating service

I was recently appointed as the director at the local supermarket, but before this, I was at the finance desk which was always busy, however i was delighted to be appointed to the management category just as I had desired for a long time, and what I did not suppose was that the position is so demanding.

The management admitted to the neglect plus decided to sign up for home services to always check on the status of the method to avoid major hitches.
