New manager and a customer complains of awful heating service

I was recently appointed as the director at the local supermarket! Before this, I was at the finance desk which was always busy.

I was glad to be appointed to the management category just as I had desired for a long time; What I did not think was that the position is so demanding.

I not only supervise the staff however I also receive a lot of requests and complaints from the patrons. Two weeks ago I got complaints from our patrons on the need to check our air purification method because they experienced some awful air quality according to them. I knew nothing about the cooling and heating equipment, so this was a current job. I connected with the local repair provider who supplies the residential air conditioning system sold at the supermarket and he sent over an air conditioning system serviceman to come and review what could be wrong, and his verdict was awful service of the commercial air conditioning system. It was a quality Heating and A/C, but the constant lack of official cooling and heating service had disfigured it, then soon we needed a requisition for a current air conditioning system upgrade because even the control equipment was non-functional. Meanwhile, he repaired and replaced the ducts which were broken due to lack of duct cleaning. I seek to think more about heating because it was our first encounter with such a case. The serviceman informed myself and others of the need to keep the Heating and A/C well worked on as this would supply us some energy saving help. The management admitted to the neglect and decided to sign up for beach house services to always check on the status of the method to avoid major hitches.
