A lot of people were salty when COVID happened.
They didn’t like that restaurants and bars were closed.
Nobody could travel and go in person for things anymore. For me, COVID was a great time. I got to work from home for the first time in my life. I saved on gas and time. I no longer was sitting in rush hour on my way there and back from work. I also could get everything delivered right to my door. My prescriptions came in the mail, my groceries were delivered and all my favorite restaurants did take out. It was a perfect thing for an anti-social mess like myself. The only downside was that certain appointments aren’t really consusice to COVID. I had difficulty getting my yearly dental cleaning and my HVAC service was tough. My poor HVAC company had so many protocols to follow. They had to wear special suits and sanitize all their tools before and after the job. They even had to completely wipe down the truck after every appointment. My HVAC contractor was in a hazmat suit with a face shield and armed with cleaning supplies just standing in my living room. The poor man had to be sweating to death. It was tough trying to understand him and he seemed to struggle to do the normal HVAC service appointment. I wanted to get a humidifier put into my current heating equipment. I felt bad for the guy though and didn’t want him to mess around with the extra work. Next time I will get it.
