I am a fitness enthusiast. I have tried out every fitness trend around. I took a spin class, kickboxing, dance aerobics and hot yoga. Nothing is as beneficial as having certified fitness experts work with me. Any other class I did was focused on one main section of the body. The spin class helped just my legs and butt, and did nothing for my arms and shoulders. Hot yoga was helpful for balance and strength, but it lacked cardio. Kickboxing and dance aerobics was probably the most well-rounded workout, but they were both repetitive and I lost motivation. I now stick with the personal training center in town. I work with a personal trainer who gives private fitness training. There are other people around my age who work with the trainer during the session He rotates between us. We don’t all have the same goals or follow the same program. I feel that I’m in the best shape and most dedicated to achieving my fitness goals. I don’t just work out when I am with the trainer. I do some type of physical activity everyday. When I am at the training center, I push myself to the limit. The personal trainer has developed a series of exercises that work every section of the body and challenge me. I don’t just target legs or arms. For once, I am following a training program that improves every section of my body. Nothing is getting neglected. It has worked well for me.
