There is constantly a lot of debate about what is the best setting on the temperature control.
A lot of people believe that a colder temperature on the temperature control is fantastic for an office environment because it allows you to stay awake.
When I am in my office I usually set my Heating and A/C system to full blast because I care about to be cold. My temperature control is constantly cranking and I turn the fan on. My Heating and A/C bill is pretty hefty, however I believe it is worth it, and before I was a CEO I didn’t have the power to change the office temperature control and I remember all the offices I was in were pretty warm, however some of the offices I was in barely even had an Heating and A/C system! There is nothing worse than working anywhere that has no Heating and A/C system in site. There was another office that I worked at where the Heating and A/C system would work sometimes and not others so I never knew what to wear. It sounds love it wouldn’t be that terrible to work anywhere where the Heating and A/C system was on and off all the time, but it absolutely wasn’t pleasant. I called an Heating and A/C professional to come in to the office a few times just to see if the people I was with and I could get it fixed. My boss was never happy when he found out that I called an Heating and A/C professional behind his back, however I constantly felt that it absolutely needed to be done. My employees now are happy because I have installed ductless mini split systems which allow groups of employees to choose which temperature they would like.
