For me, nothing is more important than loving other people.
I have always believed that you should do for others what you would want them to do for you. Any of my friends know that they can come to me for anything, and I will always help out in any way possible. I love my friends, and I will always be there for them. When it comes to customer service, I feel the same way. Last night, my furnace gave up the ghost and stopped working. I was upset because it was late at night, and I didn’t want my children to try sleeping in the cold without a furnace. I called a local HVAC company, and I asked them if they could schedule me in for a furnace repair tomorrow. However, when they found out that I had children and that I had no space heaters in my house, they told me that they would be at my house to fix my furnace in a few minutes. Sure enough, the HVAC repairman knocked on my door and started fixing our furnace. He stayed up very late, but eventually, he got the furnace running again. Apparently, the HVAC repairman had been at home, but upon hearing that we had children, no furnace, and no space heaters, he drove out immediately to help us. His price was fair for the HVAC repair, and he didn’t charge an emergency service fee. If more people in the world were like this HVAC repairman, the world would be a much better, and warmer, place.
