The fact that we had a good view plus no close neighbors in our current location was just awesome. Neither my fiance nor I had ever experienced this before. However, nature also produces direct sunshine heating plus I got a crash course in that pretty quick. When the Spring turned to summer, of course, the Heating, Ventilation & A/C cooling kicked in. Oh man, how good it is to have the latest in residential Heating, Ventilation & A/C plus own it ourselves. This lake house is certainly the most comfortable of anywhere we’ve ever lived. But we l received that without covering the windows that got direct sunshine heating, our utility bill went through the roof. Luckily, the Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier pointed us in the right direction. Both of us were able to pair our smart thermostat with some mechanical blinds. The smart thermostat operates them to stop the direct sunshine heating. That brought our a/c bill way down plus real quick.
