When you are deciding on which HVAC system you are going to have installed in your house, the price of that HVAC system is going to be a huge factor.
I just finished the process of having my own house built, and I can tell you that having a house built is way more expensive than I would have imagined before.
There is a lot that goes into the cost of having an HVAC system installed. For instance, HVAC systems fluctuate in price depending on what you buy. If you chose to purchase a furnace, you are going to have to decide if you want a natural gas furnace or an electric furnace. If you choose to buy a boiler, that will affect the cost of your HVAC system. If you buy a fancier HVAC system such as radiant heated flooring, you might end up spending even more on your HVAC system. Your choice to purchase an air conditioner of some sort will also affect the cost. However, each of these HVAC systems requires the installation of vents, pipes, radiators, or hardwood floors that will cause the price of the installation of your HVAC unit to fluctuate even more. Furthermore, depending on what HVAC company you hire, you might find that the cost of getting an HVAC unit installed might change between HVAC companies. If you are working on a very tight budget, you might discover that you will not have the freedom to install whatever HVAC unit you want unless you are willing to make a sacrifice in some other area of your house.
