Real estate and HVAC systems

I have been working as a real estate agent in my town for about 9 years now. I adore being a real estate agent because I can make my own hours and I can bring in as much money as I wish to earn. I never imagined that I would be a real estate agent when I was younger, but this has genuinely turned out to be such a deep blessing that I am. I adore all of my clients and I’m thankful enough to get to work with friends and members of my family, and to sell them their dream homes. I don’t see myself ever finally working in another job and I am deeply thankful that I get to wake up and do what I want to do every day. I was talking with an acquaintance the other day about my job and he asked myself and others what the most difficult aspect about being a real estate agent was. I thought about this for a while and I came to the final conclusion that heating and cooling systems in the homes I sell Is the most difficult section of my duties. I feel everyone wouldn’t consider heating and cooling to be a section of a real estate agent’s duty but it genuinely is. I often have to make sure that I am finally working with a trusted HVAC mechanic and that the central HVAC systems and all the homes I’m selling are brand new. Most people don’t want to buy a house if the central HVAC system is not brand new and that’s pretty frustrating, but you don’t need a brand new central HVAC system in your house to have good air quality, but can you tell my clients but they don’t want to listen to me.
