Running on treadmill that has temperature controls

Late last fall, the weather turned cold and wet hastily… I needed to begin to use the oil furnace before the end of September. I kept the heat heating system running until the end of May. I make an effort to exercise every single day. I workout for approximately 80 minutes. I love to go for a jog, ride the bike or unroll our yoga mat on the back deck, however for several weeks I had been forced to workout in the house, then with hot and cold temperatures often below cold and everything from rain and heavy hail to snow falling from the sky, I couldn’t bundle up overheated enough to spend very much time outdoors. I did devote quite a bit of time to shoveling out the driveway, brushing accumulated snow off the car and scraping ice off the windshield, however although those jobs are honestly so labor-intensive, I don’t consider them section of our workout routine. I have a wee little home gym where I can lift weights, go through lunges and squats and run on the treadmill. I find using the treadmill honestly monotonous. I don’t love running in a single spot and staring at the wall. All through the Winter, I was unhappy about being trapped indoors. I couldn’t wait to finally run outside again! Alas, when the weather finally warmed up and I went for a run, I wasn’t all that happy. I’d gotten accustomed to having the perfect temperature environment. Because of the oil furnace, zone control HVAC and a smart temperature control unit, I was able to run in shorts and a T-shirt. I never anxious about a cold wind, sudden rain, wet pavement or nasty potholes. I had our water bottle handy and no concerns with bugs, fumes or mean dogs.
