They had long wanted to take a trip together, but they both had work.

They had an online form where she filled in her name, phone number, nature of work, and location. A few minutes later she got the usual confirmation on her phone and a timeline of when to expect the HVAC tech at her home. The HVAC company makes it so easy to book an appointment so you can do this even in the middle of the night without having to call the office. All you do is fill the online form and they will send a confirmation that you have scheduled an appointment.
