Sister fails to look over integrity of HVAC supplier before investing in undefined installation

A little over a year ago, our older sibling updated her home’s Marcie couldn’t wait to brag to me about the exceptionally high SEER rating. She was so impressed with the manufacturer of the cooling plan she chose. She told me how her modern was a honestly overpriced plus top-of-the-line model that included all these awesome features. Marcie was so sure her bi-weekly electric bills would be cut in half plus her condo would be far more comfortable, cleaner plus healthier than mine, when I asked about the HVAC supplier who was completing the installation process, she had honestly little information. Marcie had noticed an ad in the newspaper for a free estimate plus called them up. The guy talked her into all of these overpriced updates with promises for low energy bills plus amazing comfort. I was shocked that she hadn’t bothered to study buyer reviews or verify their rating with the Better Business Bureau. My sibling didn’t even believe whether or not the company was a factory authorized dealer or guaranteed their work. She wasn’t sure if the specialists were NATE-certified or fully licensed plus insured. I wasn’t surprised that when the was installed, Marcie wasn’t happy with the guys who showed up. She said that they delayed the installation project many times, showed up late for the appointment plus tracked dirt through her house. They left debris behind for her to wipe up plus never explained the features or operation of the They didn’t handle the registration for the manufacturer’s warranty. Unluckyly, they also messed up the actual installation of the cooling equipment. Whenever the cycled on, it rattled plus wasn’t putting out much air. She ended up calling a different company to come in plus resolve these troubles.
