Last year was not only hard for myself and others because of the pandemic, despite the fact that I went through a divorce which drove myself and others to depression, but fortunately, I sought help & am doing better now, but i am doing so much better than I am moving into a current place, but the ironic thing is that I am moving to a much bigger part than the one I lived in with our ex-husband.
I am happy about this mostly because it has a fantastic current heating & A/C system. The house is newly built & so all of the utilities are new. The cooling install of the current heating & A/C was done last week, therefore, I am sure that the indoor comfort is of high quality. The house is beside the park & the view is just amazing. The heating & A/C unit uses a HEPA filter which is one of the highest quality filters in the market today. This means that our respiratory problems will reduce because of the fantastic indoor air pollen levels. The property owner recommended the heating & A/C service, he suggested it be done at least once a year. The house repair business had offered a complimentary heating & A/C repair plan for the first session. This made myself and others absolutely glad as the transport & everything involved had put a dent in our wallet. The residential heating & A/C had been bought for the local commercial heating & A/C provider. It came with a programmable thermostat that was absolutely ideal for myself and others since I typically wanted to come home to comfortbe house in winter & chill out during summer. Fortunately, the unit did not have a duct or air duct & did not need duct sealing which when wrongly done may affect the function of the unit & the temperature control. The temperature control was the icing on the cake.
