Taking care of the air I breathe in

I really do take good care of myself.

I work out every single day.

I do cardio, weightlifting, balance training and stretching multiple times a week. I make sure to get my heartrate up and to improve flexibility. I don’t eat meat, nuts, eggs or a lot of dairy. I try to buy organic when I can and limit the amount of sugar, salt and starch in my diet. My skincare regime is insane and I invest in very expensive products. I regularly get checked out by my doctor, get 6 month dental cleanings and I even make sure to get regular massages. I feel I am in very good health. Another element to my health is the air I breathe in. The outdoor air is clean and fresh, I don’t worry about that. What I am concerned about is my indoor air quality. It makes sense. There is dust, dirt and hair that gets into the home. The HVAC system blows and sucks up that debris and stores it in the ductwork. Then once the heater or AC powers on, that dirt is in the breathing air. People spend over 80% of their lives indoors. It makes sense to make sure that air is clean. I get regular ductwork cleaning appointments to keep my indoor air conditions fresh. I also invested in an air purification plan. It installed right into my HVAC equipment and works in tandem with it. It requires air filter changes and monthly HVAC maintenance but it is worth it. The air is much cleaner and smells better with that system.
