In the world of heating, ventilation and A/C, there exists a small group of people who believe that the impossible is possible, however they guess the rules are meant to be broken, and that nothing – no matter how silly of a request it could be – is outside the realm of occasion, fortunately I am not a single of those people, but our husband? He’s the leader! When it comes to DIY projects for around the house, our husband thinks he’s more skilled than a twenty-year master of every trade skill out there! He knows how to change an air filter and the oil on our cars, I’ll provide him that, but he’s no general corporation, and last year, our husband l received a costly lesson in not biting off more than he could chew when he decided to install a totally new air conditioner for our home that used centralized HVAC duct. That sounded great, except for the fact that every one of us used a radiator for heat! The people I was with and I didn’t have HVAC duct in the house, so our husband said he would install that, too! I’m not saying I suppose more about HVAC duct and where it can or can’t fit, but I’m actually saying that I knew this was going to end in disaster! For months, our husband tried to find every possible crawlspace in our home to install the new HVAC duct, but our home was just too small, and the HVAC duct too large! But, he didn’t finally provide up on this project until he nearly gutted every wall in the house; Periodically I wonder if this person is worth the trouble!
