I contacted the HVAC service center to see if something was holding up the serviceman
My partner booked an appointment to have our heating pump diagnosed. This is nothing out of the usual. The people I was with and I usually have a heating pump cleaning service performed before Wintertime begins. The people I was with and I had obtained this heat pump a few summers back when the two of us updated our air conditioning system, and when the two of us decided to perform the update, the two of us sign up for a service plan. The service system includes tune-up services on the heat pump & the air conditioning system! As long as these services are booked a month in advance, then there is no charge at all for the service appointment, but my partner booked the service for Monday afternoon at 10 a.m. Monday is our correctly busiest afternoon off work, so the two of us always try to schedule house appointments for those days; I had a hair appointment booked later that afternoon at 2:30, but I knew that the HVAC service professional would be finished in about 60 minutes. The routine appointment is usually over in less than 60 minutes. Around 11:30, I started to panic. I expected to see the HVAC serviceman within the 12 o’clock hour. I contacted the HVAC service center to see if something was holding up the serviceman. The lady who answered the iphone informed me that the heat pump appointment was busy for 11am. The service serviceman was on his way & right around the corner. When I asked our partner about the appointment time, she took a deep, short breath & then said oops, my bad; She remembered the time wrong & forgot to tell me, but luckily, I did not miss our booking at the beauty salon.
