I have recently been able to learn quite a bit about the relationship between Heating, Ventilation, and A/C and amazing air quality.
- In my mind, I always was under the impression that wonderful Heating, Ventilation, and A/C meant wonderful air quality.
And, that is actually true to an extent. Heating, Ventilation, and A/C goes a long way toward keeping our inside air entirely healthy. The main way it does this is through humidity control. As the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C machine turns on to cool the residence, it doesn’t just start pumping in cooled air from some canister. It actually begins the cooling process by pulling the warm air from inside and removing it to the outside. That leaves the cooler air to fill that void. However, warm inside air is not the only thing that is being removed by the HVAC machine. In fact, as the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C is extracting warm inside air, it is also bringing with it a wonderful amount of moisture as well. This allows the inside air to have the right humidity levels. Balanced humidity means preventing mold & mildew growth. Mold is especially not good for the respiratory system and the air quality. However, introducing a good air purifier can allow the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C machine to take the air quality to the next level. I found this out first hand when my acquaintance got a single one in her residence. She had complained for quite a few years about the smell of her indoor air. And frankly, she wasn’t wrong about it. But when she got the whole house air purifier, I was totally blown away at how clean the air was in her residence. Not only was the smell improved tremendously however the air was as clean as it could possibly be. She now has the most wonderful air quality due to a HEPA air filter for the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C machine and the whole house air purification system. It is installed directly inside the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C machine. The air purification system easily eliminates all contaminants in the air as it passes through the air handler.
