The air purifier helps my allergies a great deal

I have suffered from allergies for most of my life.

When I was a young man, I had to take an allergy pill every single day.

The grass and the pollen bothered my nose and I spent a lot of the days sneezing, sniffling, and coughing. My mom took me to an allergist when I was 12. She found out that I was allergic to 27 different types of outdoor pollutants. For a long time, I had problems dealing with the allergies. The doctor had me on six different kinds of medicines, but nothing really helped long-term. I finally found some relief when my Mom bought an air purifier for my bedroom. This was almost fifteen years ago and it was an expensive machine at the time. I think my Mom paid about $200 for the air purifier. That was a really expensive purchase for her to make with three other children and monthly bills. I remember when my Mom brought the air purifier home. She installed the machine in the bedroom and my sister was jealous. She didn’t understand why I was getting something special. Of course, now she knows that it wasn’t really special. The air purifier helped my allergies a great deal. After a few weeks, I remember not sneezing or coughing as much. I still use an air purifier in my home and I am an adult. I still have severe seasonal allergies, and the ragweed and pollen really wreak havoc on my system during the springtime. The air purifier is my number one way to fight the dust and dirt.
