About 30 years ago, my dad started a small heating service supplier; She wasn’t honestly busy and only worked on the weekends. She helped out the people who lived in our town and the surrounding area, however eventually, my Dad decided to make the heating service business her full-time job… When I was seasoned enough to join my dad, I began to learn everything I could about heating, ventilation, and AC service services, but it wasn’t necessary to be a certified specialist at that time… Most of the job was studying as you go; Things are not the same these days. My dad is retired and I run the supplier, and recently, I have been working on building the business so it is sustainable for the future. I hired a website supplier to build our online presence and help with advertising. I also decided to change our logo and buy current uniforms for all of the AC service specialists. I carefully matched the current logo with the current uniforms. The service specialist shirts have our AC and heating service supplier logo on the back and each one of the shirts as the name of the specialist embroidered on the front. The shirts all have a collar and several buttons and they look honestly professional, unfortunately, the shirts that I ordered the first time were not the right color. They were several shades lighter than the color on the logo and it looked terrible. The way my service techs look is an important part of the supplier image. Thankfully, the graphics supplier updated all of the materials that I was displeased with.
