The customer agreed to spend money the bill, after my professional was done with the repair, the customer refused to spend money the $275 bill. She told my professional that he thought that was an estimate plus there was no way that he was going to spend money that amount of money when the repair was completed in less than an hour. The professional immediately called me plus I talked to the customer on the iphone. I calmly told the guy that all of us would no longer service his condo if he did not spend money the repair bill. She’s still refused, so I told my guy to leave the property. I’ll send his a bill in the mail, but he easily won’t spend money it.
